Toxicator at Alton Towers gets opening date

Alton Towers have announced the opening date for it's new topspin ride, Toxicator.

The park's newest attraction, the worlds 'highest' topspin, will open on the 15th March when the park opens for it's 2025 season.

The ride is first topspin in the world to be elevated above the ground, on top a 16ft elevated platform. This will allow spectators to watch the experience from under the ride.

Bianca Sammut, Vice President of Alton Towers Restort said "We’re excited to be giving fans a flavour of the truly ‘spincredible’ power of Toxicator. From the 15th March those brave enough to submit to the spin will be able to experience the latest that Forbidden Valley has to offer."

The park shared the following video showing off the rides intense spin program.

Toxicator is the latest ride to enhance the Forbidden Valley and Phalanx storylines.

"The extreme centrifugal forces are designed to extract and refine toxic saliva from the Nemesis beast, converting it into a chemical solution so powerful it can melt anything it touches" the park have said.
